Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website Droneandrender.com and the purchase of any services provided, including but not limited to aerial surveying, 3D modeling, and architectural rendering. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services and Scope of Work

Droneandrender.com provides professional architectural visualization and drone-based data collection.

  • Deliverables: The specific scope (number of renders, flight area, file formats) will be outlined in a separate project proposal or invoice.

  • Revisions: Unless otherwise stated, each rendering project includes two (2) rounds of minor revisions. Major structural changes to the 3D model after work has commenced may incur additional fees.

2. Drone Operations and Safety

Our aerial surveying services are performed by FAA-certified remote pilots.

  • Weather Policy: Drone flights are subject to weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule flights due to high winds, precipitation, or restricted visibility.

  • Site Access: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure legal access to the flight area. We will not fly in restricted airspace (No-Fly Zones) without proper FAA authorization.

  • Liability: While we carry professional liability insurance, we are not responsible for site conditions or pre-existing structural issues discovered during a survey.

3. Payment and Fees

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work on any project.

  • Final Payment: Final high-resolution renderings or survey data will be released only upon receipt of the remaining balance.

  • Late Fees: Invoices unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Droneandrender.com retains the copyright and ownership of all raw 3D assets, drone footage, and project files.

  • License: Upon final payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final rendered images or survey reports for their specific business needs (e.g., marketing, planning, or construction).

  • Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to use any completed work for our own marketing and portfolio purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project start.

5. SMS and Communication

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive project updates and marketing messages from us.

  • You may opt out at any time by texting "STOP".

  • We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Droneandrender.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or project delays) arising out of the use of our renders or survey data. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Blue Earth County, MN.
